This system is already in successful use by other National Lotteries across the continent, including the Uganda National Lottery, and meets global standards for security, performance, and scalability.
Local Management & Maintenance
Unlike traditional models where foreign systems dominate, ITHUBA is responsible for all field services, support, and ongoing maintenance of the lottery terminals—ensuring that the majority of technical expertise and economic value remains within South Africa. This approach promotes skills development, job creation, and national empowerment.
