networks. These strategic partnerships reflect the values and competencies that ITHUBA believes are essential to the continued success of the South African National Lottery
during the temporary licence period.
ZAMANI GAMING (PTY) LTD is a highly respected black owned and managed equity fund based in South Africa. Zamani is 100% owned by historically disadvantaged individuals and forms part of the Mabuza Family owned and lead businesses.
As part of the Group of Companies, ZAMANI GAMING’s primary role is to extend funding and provide strategic support to ITHUBA.
ZAMANI GAMING has been involved in the management and transformation of the South African National Lottery for the last 10
years and has extended its operations throughout Africa.
PAYTRONIX SYSTEMS (PTY) LTD (PAYTRONIX) is a black owned, B-BBEE Level 1 certified, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) company which falls under the umbrella of the Zamani Group of Companies and is the strategic ICT and Management Service
provider to ITHUBA.
Since 2015 PAYTRONIX has played an integral part in rendering turnkey technology and management services to the National Lottery Operator. As the cornerstone for all ICT and Management support for ITHUBA, PAYTRONIX is equipped with a highly skilled and experienced team that has enabled it to develop a state of the art Central Gaming System, namely the Paytronix Lottery System (PLS), which is proudly South African.

SONKE SONKE (RF) (PTY) LTD is a Special Purpose Vehicle with the sole purpose of participating in ITHUBA and was established
specifically to cater for the interests of specific Shareholders. It is 100% owned by Historically Disadvantaged Individuals (HDIs),
encompassing the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) participants of ITHUBA.
SONKE SONKE has a significant percentage of members that are women and persons with disabilities, with Shareholders including Blind SA, Disabled Women South Africa and Whale Queen Lottery Investments (Pty) Ltd, a small black female owned enterprise representing rural women and HDI’s, paired with experienced business professionals to offer valuable support, guidance and economic transformation. Advancing Broad Based Empowerment through the economic benefits derived from the participation of its Shareholders within this structure.

KHANYISA LA (RF) (PTY) LTD
is a Special Purpose Vehicle with the sole purpose of holding shares in ITHUBA and represents a group
of Shareholders such as National Movement of Rural Women, Disabled People South Africa, small black owned enterprise Katlego
Risk Management Consultants (Pty) Ltd and through creating successful partnerships between private business individuals and
Historically Disadvantaged Individuals (HDI’s) contributing to the promotion of diversity, equity and inclusion.
KHANYISA LA houses the equity of the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) participants of ITHUBA. It is 100% black owned with significant representation by women, youth and persons with disabilities from the rural areas of South Africa with a legacy of having been marginalised from the country’s mainstream economic benefit. The economic benefit in favor of the Shareholders through this structure will be to the advancement of Broad Based Empowerment.
