ITHUBA LOTTERY (RF) (Pty) Ltd has been appointed as the official operator of the South African National Lottery for the temporary licence period commencing 1 June 2025 until 31 May 2026.
The entity is entrusted with upholding the National Lottery’s mandate to raise funds for good causes while delivering secure, entertaining, and responsible lottery experiences to players across the country.
Building on a decade of excellence under the leadership of Zamani Equity Fund, ITHUBA LOTTERY (RF) (Pty) Ltd continues the legacy of delivering a world-class National Lottery operation that:
